        OX-377R is an industrial grade dual ring fiber self-healing RS485 to fiber optic converter. Fiber optic dual ring network self-healing is an effective and highly reliable communication method in industrial fieldbus optical communication. The dual ring self-healing fiber optic modem adopts fiber optic transmission technology and is designed for remote data communication in industrial environments such as industrial automation and SCADA (data acquisition and monitoring). The product is mainly used to implement 232/485 devices, which communicate with each other on a pair of fiber optic ring networks (main ring/backup ring). During normal communication, the backup ring is in a backup state; When the main ring fiber fails, the backup ring immediately starts working. When the main ring fault disappears, the backup ring switches immediately to restore the backup state, and the main ring returns to working state. Fiber optic fault detection, main loop, and backup loop are all automatically completed by the dual ring self-healing fiber optic modem, without the need for manual intervention. Cascade mode supports any speed from 0-500Kbps, while ring network mode supports speeds below 115200bps. Fiber optic interfaces FC, SC, and ST are optional.
